At Maison De L'ÎLE, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our work, returns and exchanges are limited to specific cases. Please note that shipping and additional service fees will be deducted from the total order amount.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and properly packaged.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

1- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
2- Customized or made-to-order pieces.
3- Items in non-standard sizes or colors different from our displayed options.
4- Orders placed through installment service providers.
5- Exchanges made to take advantage of a running sale unless the product was received damaged.
