Shipping Policy
In-stock items: 5-7 business days.
Customized items: Delivery within 3–4 business weeks, depending on quantities.
Shipping Fees: Communicated after order confirmation and based on quantity through our agent that will call you within 48 working hours to confirm the shipping fees.
Delivery Process: You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details upon dispatch.
Inspection: Check your items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Cash on Delivery Payment Policy
For orders above 2500 EGP, our team will contact you within 48 working hours to confirm the order. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with the order.
